The workout we have planned will take 30 minutes for each session. You will need a light-medium weight plus a dumbbell. These moves target your triceps for a strong and focused hit. Give yourself a rest of two minutes between each move. So, let’s get started on these bingo wings.

1. Tricep Dips. 10 repetitions, done 3 times. (3×10)

Get a bed or chair behind you and bend down at your knees. Clasp the surface of the chair or the bed and dip down from below your knees and that is one rep completed.

Do 10 reps of these 3 times, leaving 30 seconds between each set.

Get a bed or a chair to lean on and raise one of your knees on the surface. Now, lift the dumbbell with your opposite arm. Then, stretch your arm out behind you holding the dumbbell backwards until straight and then slowly bring it back again.

Do 10 reps of these 3 times, leaving 30 seconds between each set.

 

3. Tricep Extensions. 3×10

This is again a movement with a dumbbell. Stand straight up with and open your legs apart to shoulder width. Now, grip the dumbbells with both hands and lower it behind your head until you reach the shoulder height and then return it slowly again to the starting position for one rep.
