A lot of people have been talking about the benefits of alkaline water and how alkaline water is better than normal tap water, but I often wondered to myself, does alkaline water work, and why do people actually drink alkaline water? I decided to try alkaline water for two weeks myself to see if I felt any different. I know there are a lot of reported benefits of drinking alkaline water and it falls under the umbrella of alkalinising your diet, something Dr. Sebi talked a lot about, so watch this video to see how I got on! When it comes to the question of is alkaline water good for you, I decided to look into what makes alkaline water different. I of course started with making sure that all of the water I drank for two weeks was of the Ph level 9 or higher.
