Should you try the GOMAD diet? In this short video I talk about the time I tried the GOMAD Diet to bulk up and whether in my opinion the GOMAD Diet is a good idea or if the GOMAD diet is healthy. As a tall person, it can be difficult to get in the daily amount of calories and macros you need in order to bulk up and build muscle, so many people turn to diets like the GOMAD diet which basically as the name suggests requires you to drink a whole gallon of full fat milk every day, sounds a little extreme and many wonder 'is the GOMAD diet healthy?' or 'is the GOMAD diet safe?' I share the methods I used to do it, why I decided to try the GOMAD diet in the first place, and also the things that made doing the GOMAD diet difficult.
