Improve Your Squats with This One Move
Here is one of my tips for improving your squats. This is the one stretch I do before every squat workout. This is a stretch that is not only good for a dynamic warmup but it's a stretch you should do regularly to improve your flexibility in the squat. Open up your hips and get your lower back nice and warm! If you can't get into this position then you should really spend time on this, it will help you get more gains.
