If you are wondering whether the Nike Air Zoom SuperRep 3 are good shoes for HIIT training, then this review will help you make your mind up. I reviewed the SuperRep 3, tested the comfort, stability and looked into whether the new additions make the SuperRep 3 better than the SuperRep 2 especially for HIIT style training. A lot of people actually say they're the best shoes for HIIT training. 
If you didn't know, the Nike Air Zoom SuperRep 3 is a Nike training shoe specifically designed for HIIT style workouts, with that in mind a lot of the design of this shoe has gone towards comfort and cushioning because HIIT and aerobic style workouts involve a lot of the type of movements that require your feet to be stable.  So I got myself a pair and tested them out. This review is also helpful to those who may be wondering whether to go for the SuperRep 3 vs a pair of Nike Metcons as they are training shoes by Nike that are a common comparison.
