If you're short of time at the gym and need a quick workout you got to try this out.
Do each move for ten reps and then repeat the whole sequence 3 times.
If this isn't challenging enough feel free to add more.
The idea is to keep up the intensity so dont rest for too long between each exercise, only test for 1-2 mins when you've completed a round.
Keep going and keep that heart rate up! 🏋️♀️
