With sea moss gel, I know exactly where I stand. It sits in my fridge and behaves like food — if it’s gone off, I can tell. It might smell different or the texture changes. That’s a clear signal. I throw it out and get more.

With gummies or capsules, I genuinely don’t know if the product has been sitting in a warehouse for weeks, months, or potentially longer by the time it reaches me. There’s no way to tell.
