For the past ten years, Madonna has had organic foods. She also eats lean meats. Her ease at keeping her body slim is due to flaxseed oil. Flaxseed oil has Omega 3s which are supposed to slim you down. This is on top of her grueling workout schedule. This truly shows that the material girl has it for the long haul.

Kirsten Dunst – pH diet

Kirsten Dunst is quite fond of the pH diet. For those that do not know what this is, it basically balances alkaline and acidic foods to help you increase your overall health. With this diet, you are ideally supposed to have around seventy percent of your diet consisting of alkaline foods. Once you get the hang of it, this diet can easily be followed for life.

Christina Aguilera – 7 day color diet

Christina Aguilera uses the “7 day colour diet” to help her keep her size in control. While on this diet, she has to eat foods that are the same colour. This switches from day to day. There are many people that have jumped on this bandwagon as of later. This, of course, is one of the most popular celebrity diets on the internet today.

Adriana Lima – Liquid diet

No, this isn’t a diets inspired by a Friday night out! This is one of those celebrity diets you probably can’t imagine yourself doing.

Victoria’s Secret model Adrianna Lima does not take the easy road. For the nine days before the annual show, she only drinks water. No food at all for nine days? On top of it all, the last twelve hours before the show, she cuts off her water intake. This seems a bit harsh, especially since she is under all of those high-powered lights.

Sarah Michelle Gellar – Cabbage soup diet

For the girl that is best known for her role as Buffy, the “cabbage soup diet” is her go to choice for weight loss. For seven days, all she consumes is cabbage soup. She will throw in a few fruits and vegetables throughout the day to help with those cravings. If you think that you can eat nothing but cabbage soup for seven days, then this diet might be right for you.

 

Whether they seem crazy, not all stars seem to have at least one way of getting the weight off fast. Some people may say that these are not crazy at all. The thing is that some of these celebs plan to stay on these diets permanently.
