- This workout suggestion will take around 30 minutes to complete.

- These moves target your tricep area with the goal of toning up loose skin.
- Rest for two minutes max between each move. So, let’s get started on these bingo wings.
How To Get Rid Of Bingo Wings Fast
1. Tricep Dips. 10 repetitions, done 3 times. (3×10)

Use a bed or a chair for this one. Clasp the edge of the chair or the bed with your legs straight and dip down for one rep.
Do 10 reps of these 3 times, leaving 30 seconds between each set.
2. Tricep Kickbacks: 3×10
Tricep Kickbacks are very good for toning triceps, but you have to be sure to do them correctly.
Get on the edge of a bed or a chair and raise one of your knees onto the surface. Now, lift the dumbbell with your opposite arm. Then, stretch your arm out behind you holding the dumbbell backwards until straight, hold for a couple of seconds when straight and then slowly bring it back again.
Do 10 reps of these 3 times, leaving 30 seconds between each set. If you can’t do 10 reps, then lower the weight a little.
3. Tricep Extensions. 3×10

This is again a movement with a dumbbell. Stand straight with legs shoulder width apart. Now, grip the dumbbell with both hands over your head and lower it behind your head until you reach about shoulder height and then return it slowly to the starting position for one rep.
Do 10 reps of these 3 times, leaving 30 seconds between each set.
Many women tend to think that weight exercises will bulk out their body if they continue with them for a period of time. This is just not true. The above workout will tone your arm muscles to help you to get rid of the bingo wing wobble.
The workout is short, simple, and effective. If you want to turn up the intensity, try completing the circuit all over again but do the exercises much slower.
Continue this for two to three times a week and you will notice a difference after one month. Make sure that you accompany the workout with a balanced diet.
4. Lose Fat with Cardio
Fat distributes itself evenly all over the body, so that makes it pretty difficult to achieve fat loss from a certain specific area. So, if you combine the above workout with routines that will aim for overall fat loss, you will get faster and more effective results.
Jogging or running, for example, are great cardio exercises that will of course help get rid of overall fat. They exercise both your arms and legs and will contribute to losing tricep fat, too.
So, if you combine running or jogging 3 times each week with the above bingo wing workout, you are certain to get fast and effective results.
5. Interval Training
The above exercises are great if you cannot devote too much of time on your workout. However, if you do happen to have a bit more time and want to make it a more bit intense, consider adding in some high-intensity cardio.
A great example of a high intensity cardio session would be this:
1. Go on the treadmill and start with easy jogging for one minute,
2. Jack up the speed for the next minute.
3. Return to the steady jog again.
Repeat this for 20 minutes. This is interval training. The back and forth movement to fast and slow pace speeds up your body metabolism and helps you to lose fat much faster.
If you want more intensity, you could up the incline on the treadmill.
